Controvercy about GPLv3

I have read an article about the latest big controversion in the Open Source movement: the GPLv3 licence.

Actually I have to admit that I was a kind of left behind concerning this topic…I’ve read this and that…but actually I never looked after this…

Today I recived a newsletter from Dr.Dobb’s Portal in witch I found this article. I can say that now the fogg is staring to go away. This toppic is more intense than I taught…

Actually I should be more concerned about this, taking into account that the Aragon Framework I developed is also released with a GPL licence (actually is GPLv2), and I may, somewhere in the future, adopt this new licence… who knows… but I think for a while i’ll stick with the good old GPLv2… it took me so long to analize and finally adopt the old version…

In the meantime I will follow the threads and articles about the future of Open Source and Free Software licences…
